Student taught in an urban setting, where the focus was on literacy skills and writing skills.

I like to teach with small groups and have movement in my classroom. Guided reading homework allows for students to begin to have knowledge of the content being taught while developing writing and reading skills

In school I was the rule follower who always did their best. Since grade seven I knew I wanted to be a history teacher because of my seventh grade history teacher. I was born with a sensory disability but that did not stop me from achieving my goal to become a teacher
