I have taught for over 15 years. I have a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and I am currently working on my Education Specialist degree. I teach AWESOME kids that show up READY TO LEARN every single day. I am also blessed to work with amazing women that work hard to be DIFFERENCE MAKERS at our tiny school on the hill each every day.

I believe it is my duty to EMPOWER my students to BELIEVE they CAN do ALL THE THINGS. I work hard to erase the doubt and motivate them to try again if they fail.

I am the Mama to a precious baby boy. This baby boy just happens to be a freshman in college. I have always believed there are two things we can hope to give our children: One is roots and the other is wings. My baby boy is ready to fly and this Mama is praying everyday he flies back home when he is finished. All seasons are hard, but this one is the hardest yet.
