In July of 2022, I passed my NBCOT board exam to obtain my license in Occupational Therapy. After obtaining my registration and license in October 2022, I began working as an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist. I am currently working in the Bronx with children 0 to 3 with an Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental delays and their families. As an EI Occupational Therapist, I focus on daily living skills, such as feeding and play, sensory integration, emotional regulation, and much more!

In the Winter of 2021, I was pleased to present research with my amazing team on School-Based OT Practices during the COVID Pandemic at Columbia University Day of Leadership. I had the honor of speaking to health classrooms in my local area discussing the importance of special education and occupational therapy services within an academic setting. Additionally, I have experience discussing mental health awareness and treatment in high school classrooms and at women's council meetings.
In the Spring/Summer of 2021, I completed my level II fieldwork rotations in School-Based services (K-5, hybrid of remote and in-person) and on an inpatient orthopedic unit (adult/geriatric). In May of 2022, I graduated Cum Laude with my Master's in Occupational Therapy through an accelerated program following obtaining my Bachelor's in Health Science with a minor in Psychology. I completed my program at Alvernia University in Reading, PA. My graduate-level thesis was Occupational Therapy's Role in Maternal Postpartum Depression.
