TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been a classroom teacher for 12 years and have experience in inclusion settings, push in models, self contained gifted and pull out gifted programs. My career spans from high performing schools to Title I.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I consider myself more of a facilitator in the classroom. After preparing students to become independent learners, I select activities that allow students to explore and learn based on their gifts and talents. While I am working in small groups, students are working on projects or activities designed to help them grow as students and responsible individuals.
