TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've had 38 years experience as a special education teacher - and have enjoyed every minute! Never a dull moment and never the same lesson twice! The majority of my day was spent in a co-teaching classroom so I am very familiar with grade level curriculum and expectations. I modified many lessons and created graphic organizers to help my students study and complete assignments. I am now a substitute for virtual students and with the recent need for synchronous and asynchronous teaching materials, I am in the process of revising my products to allow for printed and online use. I've recently retired after 38 years of teaching students with special education needs.
