Dedicated teaching professional with over six years of experience teaching English Language Arts and Social Studies to grade 7-12 students in urban rural Alberta. I've also had the pleasure to teach Creative Writing 8/9, CALM 20, Forensics 25, Legal Studies, Podcast Production, Art 10-30, and Film Studies.
I love providing choice! Choice in what students read, write and listen to in humanities classes is my goal for all students. I believe that giving out students access to various text mediums grows their agency and interest as well as meeting curricular outcomes!
