TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This year marks my 16th year in the classroom. And while the grades and subjects have changed, I've always been in the middle. Over the past years, I've had the opportunity to teach 7th grade Language Arts, 6th grade, and most recently Technology.

I completed my master's degree in 2008 years and have had so many wonderful opportunities over the last 16 years to grow as an educator. Some of my favorites have been my training as a STEM teacher, looking into the "Leader in Me" program, and stretching my own experience most recently by taking on the world of 6th grade math.
