TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Dr. Andrew Johnson is Professor of Education at Minnesota State University, Mankato. He specializes in literacy instruction for students with intellectual and learning disabilities, RTI for reading and writing, strategies for the inclusive classroom, and advanced pedagogy. He received his PhD from the University of Minnesota in Literacy Instruction and Gifted Education. He taught in publish schools for 9 years. He is the author of 11 books and numerous academic articles related to literacy, learning, and the human condition.
