Description

The teacher is the most significant variable in determining the quality of reading instruction in our schools.  Improving the quality of reading instruction then is relatively simple: just address this most significant variable. That is, make sure that all teachers have the necessary research-based pedagogical strategies they need to help students reach their full literacy potential.
