I have been teaching at the University Level since 2003 on a part-time basis and teach in the faculty of Applied Human Sciences. I am also a facilitator and trainer focusing on issues such as interpersonal communication, leadership development, conflict resolution, etc.
I am very steeped in the experiential learning model and adult based models of learning.

I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University in 1995 and my Master's in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University in 2001.
I am a founder of a small consulting firm called The Pillars who specialize in Human Relations and Organizational Development. We work with small and mid sized business owners who are interested in building and developing their human capacity.
