Interpersonal Communication 101

To be successful in life it is critical to be able to effectively communicate and to build strong interpersonal skills. Using a blend of hands on activities, lecture and theory this course speaks to the fundamental concepts of both communication and interpersonal communication, models of communication and how to become a better sender and receiver of messages in order to build a strong foundation for healthy relationships.
