TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Hey y'all! I am a BCBA and licensed Special Education teacher. I currently serve as the behavior specialist in a school division working with kiddos from pk-12 with varying disabilities. I taught for 5 years in self-contained classrooms serving students with challenging behaviors. I help train teachers and students on behavior strategies and supports including communication, language acquisition, DTT, visual supports, reinforcement, and self-management plans.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe that every child can be successful and it takes an innovative and creative teaching style to help be successful in their own way. My classroom style was highly structured, visual and language centered.
