Blossoming Minds

After Elizabeth qualified as a teacher in 2012, she has worked as a teacher in Kindergarten and Grades 1-5. She also has experience as a supply teacher and a learning officer at a nature reserve. She loves the range of subjects and ages she has been able to teach, as she has so many different interests herself. Louisa has expertise in exam moderation and mathematics. We work together, to create our resources, so that we can make the best possible resources with our joint skills.

We enjoy designing lessons which are creative, interactive and engaging. Our lessons often involve multiple activities including drama and art. We understand that each child in the class is individual and aim to adapt all worksheets and activities to ensure that everyone is challenged and reaches their full potential. We are also passionate about outdoor learning.

The two of us specialized in different subjects. Elizabeth gained A Levels (UK exams taken after the end of compulsory schooling) in English, Spanish, French and History. Louisa has A Levels in Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Latin. We have degrees from University College London, the University of Surrey and the University of Brighton.

In our spare time we love to travel and both enjoy doing creative activities. Louisa has volunteered as a Girl Scout leader for 15 years.
