TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been a middle school visual arts teacher for 17 years in addition to running a successful "art party business for children aged 7-16. I am also a fine artist who specializes in custom "big kids room" and nursery paintings, as well as kids and animal "pop portraits." I show and sell my non-commissioned pieces locally around the Boston area.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teachings style is structured and organized but also fun and playful. I develop complete units for my art classes so that the students get a true understanding of the artist, theme or concept we are studying.
