TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I absolutely LOVE teaching, developing fun and interactive lessons, and seeing my sweet students each morning. I taught first grade for two years, but have found my home in third grade where I have been ever since! Most of my teaching experience has been in Title I schools. I couldn't imagine doing anything else.

MY TEACHING STYLE

As a teacher, I love to keep the students engaged and excited about what they are learning. I try to make each lesson one that I am excited about teaching, and one that if I were a student in my class, would be enthusiastic about learning. I try to keep a hands-on approach to the lessons that I create, while integrating technology as well as crafty ideas to keep the students excited.
