Polar Watch Goal Reflection
In my Jr/Sr Lifetime Fitness class, I had students wear our school's polar fitness watches for 2 weeks straight. Students had to set a goal at the beginning of the assignment and then fill out this reflection at the end. We did it again later in the semester to see if they could improve upon their goal.
