Literature Cafe: Drama, Poetry & Prose Menu and Anchor Charts

When teaching the three types of Literature set the stage to engage! I created this Cafe style menu to introduce elements of literature and allow the students to reflect on the differences they noticed. I just set up tables like a cafe with several examples of each type of literature on each. They spent a few minutes sampling a type of literature and then a few minutes recording their thoughts in their cafe menus before rotating to the next type of literature.
