Here is the Expectations and Procedures sheet that I will use to go over general rules and classroom procedures on the first day. I also attached the "Reflection Sheet" that I reference in the "Consequences" section of the sheet. I give this sheet to students to sign and have them take it to their parents to sign as well. This gives parents a little background on my class as well. I use it for my middle school classes, but it can be easily adapted for upper elementary or high school courses.
