Positive Behavior Intervention Chart (Editable)
This editable chart is for teachers that want to set behavior goals for your student. This chart is easy to use and requires creating a checkmark, using a stamp, or a sticker to mark their progress. This is a behavior tracking card and the corresponding rubric I created for a JH Alternative Ed class. It makes it much easier to take data on student behavior when staff and students are all familiar with the expectations. I also print a giant version to post on the wall.

Behaviour rubric and reflection
I use this behaviour rubric to support my classroom expectations and as part of my classroom management tools. If a student is not meeting behaviour expectations, I use the behaviour action plan (included), as a tool for students to reflect on behaviour, report back to parents, and make a plan in order to work towards improvement.
Students can also use this rubric to monitor their own behaviour as a self-assessment tool.

These CCSS Math Talk Cards/Bookmarks are a great tool for students to use in collaborative discussions with their peers. The bookmarks are meant to get students discussing how to reason abstractly and quantitatively. Brainstorm Sketch Worksheet with Grading Rubric (Portrait)
This PDF file is a blank brainstorm sketches worksheet students use to create sketches of initial ideas for a project. There are instructions to explain the assignment, a line for the project title, the student's name, and the score they receive (out of 10 points). It also has a basic grading rubric included at the bottom of the sheet. The grading rubric has categories for (1) the name of each sketch, (2) labeling of the parts, (3) basic dimensions of the design, and (4) shading of the parts.
