This project is a great end of unit assignment. I use it to evaluate my students knowledge on greenhouse structures and facilities. Students are put in small groups by the instructor and then challenged to create a model greenhouse using materials found in the classroom or at home. Directions are listed out in great detail and there is a grading rubric attached that each student will receive at the beginning of the unit so they are aware of how they will be evaluated.
