Letterland and Scott Foresman alignment guide
This is a guide I created over the course of a 10 month school year while teaching 1st grade Letterland along with Scott Foresman. There are 45 lessons/units to teach with Letterland with a few weeks less than that of school. I also wanted to integrate grammar, writing, comprehension skills and guided reading (Scott Foresman) as well as the phonetic skills (Letterland). I also created with this a year long grammar guide to correspond with each combined Letterland and Scott Foresman unit.

What I do is that, we make a word wall of the words we study and practice them a whole week. Every Friday they receive a new set of words and they are evaluated through a spelling test that same day of the wold sight words. It keeps them on track, it keeps them praciticing the language and it helps you evaluate better their progress.
