Virtual Gym Class - Safari Adventure
This is something I created when teaching physical education online. I find that videos are laggy and lose their effect so I made a power point instead and narrate what to do with enthusiasm! This lasts me a 30 minute class with my commentary, however, slides can be selected and duplicated to last as long as you would like! DANCESPORT level 2
Dancesport (level 2) contains exercises which combine dance and sport movements. The steps are appropriate for any mobile youngster and provide a different approach to physical fitness. This lesson is a little more advanced than the first Dancesport featured, but it is not difficult to master even for the kinderdancer. Adding some lively music of your choice will create a fun experience while developing coordination and physical aptitude. This lesson is about 1 1/3 pages.
