Oscillating White Noise (.mp3)
White noise machines are widely used in medical offices and workplaces. This is because white noise produces a calming effect on people. Studies have shown that white noise also helps students, especially those with ADD and ADHD, concentrate and focus less on distractions. I made this .mp3 file and play it in my classroom throughout the day on a CD player in the back of the room. You can also play it though your computer. A classroom management must have!

Daedalus' Confession
Teachers can use Daedalus' Confession by Mytholo-G. to enhance student understanding of Greek Mythology, and to give students an example of how an ancient myth is easily connected to modern themes and ideas. These are not the typical educational raps that often sacrifice quality to pedagogy. Teachers can also use the raps to talk about point of view, since myths are almost always told in the 3rd person but the raps are often told from the 1st person point of view.
