教室小帮手“教室小帮手”是美国教室里必备的重要部分。给孩子一个工作，他们会非常珍惜并且认真负责。不但可以培养孩子的责任心，还让孩子真正积极的参与到维护集体中去。有一次我的学生在排队的时候，一个小朋友主动站出来作出让大家安静的动作，并且和每个孩子眼神交流，确保大家都能安静排队。他就是“声量监督员"。其实这个孩子平时不容易听指令，但给了他这个指责，他非常认真。不但自己的行为有了改善，对其他学生也起了监督作用，课堂管理变得更加容易控制。小鹿老师制作了106张中英文教室小帮手卡片。三种使用方法。信封式小帮手卡片可以贴在墙上，在冰棒棒上面写上孩子名字，放入不同的小帮手信封中，简洁漂亮，方便更换。卡片式小帮手可以用写上名字的小夹子夹在不同的卡片上。或者把名字牌贴在相应的小帮手卡片上。有效又美观。您可以添加微信xiaoluzhongwen，以及关注公众号“美教零距离”讨论更多中英文教学方法。
