This is an editable unit plan document, for 8th grade science, especially based on the sequence of the NYS Science Scope & Sequence. I update and keep my unit generic enough so that whenever state standards shift around a bit, it's easy to move things around, keep it simple and functional. Academic Retention Form: digital and editable, student help session
Trying to coordinate student schedules and mine, I came up with a solution. I created this form to keep track of why and when students needed to be retained outside of class. These paper copies were preferred so that I had a complete hard copy without having to print additional papers. This for is super simple to fill out and you can keep extra copies of these blank forms so that I’m ready to go. You are welcome to edit this google doc and tailor it to your needs.
