I use a Google keep to keep a list of students I need to see. I put their name, a short description of why I need to see them, and the date. My way to document that I saw them. I also use a spreadsheet with links to many documents I frequently use. Here is a link to one I have made. It’s the layout but none of my documents are linked. Make a copy and build your own. This was a HUGE time saver for me.
