My district has adopted both the Common Core and the Danielson Framework for our evaluations and instruction. This lesson plan maker was created in Word 2010, and it uses extensive drop-down menus for fast listing of all Common Core Literacy Standards and New York's Visual Arts Standards.

Weekly Reading Log
I made my own weekly reading log to help assess the students. Monday-Thursday students read at least 20 minutes and have sections label what book they are reading, how many pages, dates, and reflection. It has been extremely helpful to me to keep up with their readings.

READING MOTIVATOR 2
Due to our school losing the reading motivation program I developed these little gifts(ALSO HAVE ANOTHER READING MOTIVATOR ON MY SITE). Once the student produces a project/assignment(their choice) they have the option to obtain one of these if they'd like. It's been a hit so far

Peer feedback sheet for speeches 2
I've taken the other feedback sheet for speeches and put it into a different format. There's two to a page here. Again, students LOVE getting feedback not just from teachers and parents. This is the perfect way to get an immediate response from peers.
