Most of the kids visiting my office were sent there because they had given in to frustration and lashed out at teachers or other students. Intended for kids from 1st grade to 5th grade, this song is all about controlling frustration in the lunch line, frustration on the playground, with your Mom, your Dad, or even your Principal. I found the song was helpful for some of my most frequent visitors in the Principal's office.
