Weekly Behavior Progress Report Seasonal Themes in English and Spanish
This report allows me to quickly mark how a child has behaved for the week. I write down their conduct grade to date. I also mark whether their homework was turned in or not and how many assignments weren't turned in. I also attach the papers that I record in my grade book to it. It's a very quick and easy form to complete each week. If there is something that you don't want on there, you can just white it out before copying it.
