Visual schedules can be a huge game changer with behaviors for students with learning disabilities. Finding the right image, or images that aren't too old or too young can be tough. We drew our own clip art and try to keep the images neutral (not too old or young). The other best part about our visual schedule? If you don't see an image you need you can email us and we will draw it for you free of charge then add it to or product along with other teacher requests.

Weekly Lesson Plan
It can be difficult to find a lesson plan format that works in special education rooms. If you are anything like me, you run a center style room. This is an easy way to communicate expectations to all staff in the room. I have provided a space for group rotations, activity description, suggested modifications, and even a place to put standards if needed. This version is for teachers who, like me, want to lesson plan out by hand.

Adding Fractions with Unlike Denominators
This is a one-page freebie to help kids learn how to add fractions with unlike denominators. Students use the colors to keep fractions aligned. When using with students, I laminated a copy and let them use dry-erase markers on it.
How to use:

This resource is great to print, laminate, and have copies of around the classroom. My SPED students and oppositional defiant students thrived with this graphic organizer.
