This is a slip that students receive when they are doing something positive whether that be helping another student, following directions, completing homework all week, etc. Students fill out their name and check off whether they were ready, respectful, or responsible. The slips all go into a bowl (I bought a cheap fish bowl from $ store and decorated with aquatic stickers) and you can do drawings weekly, monthly, or whatever works best for your class.
