I also use a clip chart to record students positive and negative behavior and these charts coincide with it. Free Greek Latin Symbol Hall Pass Elementary Gifted Middle High School
My precocious 5th graders always feel very sophisticated using these and understanding the meaning of the symbols. I don't think I'd go much lower than 4th grade unless the children are extremely advanced; but it's definitely suitable for older kids.

Individualized work plans are for the early finishers. They can be tailored to each individual student so that all can be included.
They are given each month and have a list of choices. Depending on the student you can have them complete 1 to all of the activities individually.
Activities range from math to writing. Some activities include researching, drawing, and language skills.
This is a free month for August/September. All the school months are available.
