There is a student with severe behavioral issues on my caseload who also requires visuals. This version of a check-in/check-out sheet really works for him because he can earn points even if he messes up a little bit, and he can see what comes next in his day. They are easy to write on if changes to the schedule happen. Suggestion: Laminate to use day to day with a dry-erase marker.

I use the clip it system in my classroom. At the end of the day I will color their calendar to show their parents what color they are on. The top right has a key of our colors. I do not color green because that is where most kids end their day, rather I tell parents if it is white assume it is green. This key can be edited for your classroom colors.
