This is .notebook file for two mini-lessons on writing Introductions and Conclusions.
Included in the file is a two page chart of introductions and conclusions that can printed as posters or put in the students writing folder to be used as a resource. Also included are organizers that students can use to practice the six types of introductions and conclusions.

This is a great resource to hang up on your Writing Wall, use as a tool in student toolkits, or just as a focused mini lesson on your expectations on the rules and routines of the writing process.
This is in Smart Notebook format, however I have loved to use them in mini-form as a tool for my students, or I have printed them out and hung them on my writing wall.
