A big hit with all of my preschoolers! Game includes 6 bingo cards, each with 8 images of different turkeys, corresponding turkey pictures to match bingo cards and apple pie bingo markers. Kids love all the different variations of a single item as well as the bingo markers that tie in with the overall theme. Skills targeted include comparing and contrasting like items, paying attention to details, using descriptive language to tell about an item, turn taking and 1:1 correspondence counting.

THE ARTS ARE ABOUT...poster. The poster size is 24x36. I take mine to a print shop (Fed Ex, Kinkos, Office Max, etc.) and have it printed and mounted on foamboard, making for a poster that you can use for many years to come. Or you can buy a relatively inexpensive 24x36 poster frame at your favorite retailer (Wal-Mart, Target, Amazon.com, etc).

This worksheet I created, is a fun way for students to practice their treble clef note recognition. Each student must recognize where each note falls on the staff and create the word below. There is an extra page for students to create their own words using the "musical alphabet" I have left it empty (treble/bass) so students can choose which one they'd like to use.You can use it as a test tool where students exchange papers on their own.
