"A Dancer's Body" Lesson 1: Anatomy (Bones) + Quiz
This a lesson plan for students who are beginning Ballet while learning the anatomical functions and structures of Bones in two fundamental Ballet Steps (Plie + Cambre). This is Lesson 1 of my Anatomy Unit, A Dancer's Body, which is also available on my store. This lesson comes with an assessment, along with both facilitation and supplemental materials. "Haus of Domond" (2023) Lyrical Dance Choreography
A 7-minute lyrical dance piece that can be used for Dance analysis.
