This 2-3 class period activity focuses on students researching one body system of their choice. This free choice project is an engaging way to enter into the study of the human body. The Human Body {Systems Connections Assessment Plan}
Here is an assessment plan that includes two tasks and several assessment strategies aimed at the learning outcome "Describe how the body systems are connected."
My students needed to learn teamwork skills while working on their posters in groups and really improved their understanding of this topic through assessment "FOR/AS/OF" learning.
