Individual Daily Behavior Checklist
Use this easy individual daily behavior checklist to record a specific students difficulties throughout the day. Use tally marks to denote each incident. Send home daily or weekly if you choose to have parents sign, or just keep for records.

Emergency Contact Card
It's almost time for Meet Your Teacher day and I know one of the biggest things I'm thinking about is how am I going to contact parents if I need to in an emergency. So, I've created some emergency contact cards that are both in English and in Spanish. You can print them back to back so that the parent has the option! I would suggest printing them out on bright colored card stock and laminating.

Parent Wish Slips
Get parent input, and learn about your students! I use these during open house, or at "Meet the Teacher Night". Use a Tide Pod container, or other container with a lid. Tape or glue the 'Parent Wishes" signs and directions to the container, and set out stacks of "Parent Wish Slips" for parents to fill out and place in the container.

These visuals can be cut out and used as prompts to teach reciprocal conversations. As the child/student gains more independence, these visuals can be removed.
