If you have a body, you ARE an athlete! This 12-week workout program is perfect for teachers, coaches, homeschool parents, and all school personnel! It is all functional movements, so it would be appropriate for high-school age students as well! Each daily exercise is only 25 minutes, and can be shortened by doing less reps/rounds, if needed.
