My 9 year old daughter and I designed it for her science fair and it was a huge hit, but at the same time, I was teaching fairytales, so I used it as a class experiment and wow! We had SO MUCH FUN with this! There's lots of choice involved, as far as bean planting goes. There is a learning journal, a line graph to show growth and a table/bar graph to show rate of growth. You can not go wrong with this project- I even include a mock up of the tri-fold board!
