In this project students will choose from 3 options for jobs, housing, transportation and food shopping to make a monthly budget. Students will practice financial decision making and opportunity cost to see how their choices impact their monthly budget. Presentation Rubric

Without a rubric, students felt my grading of their presentations was arbitrary and unfair. I find this rubric for presentations helps keep me consistent and fair. I like to use a highlighter to fill out the presentation rubric. The point values can be changed to meet the needs of your classroom. I also like to be environmentally friendly so I have two rubrics on one sheet of paper so that I can cut the paper and half and use it to grade two students at the same time.
