The "What Looks Right" activity helps students become more familiar with rhyming spelling patterns, such as -ite/-ight, -oad/-ode, -aim/-ame, etc. Students use their visual checking systems to decide which word looks like it is spelled correctly. Eight Slides of BOGGLE on a 3 by 3 grid. Students try to make as many words going vertically, horizontally, and diagonally. Words can be made by connecting letters left, right, up, or down. Words must be at least 3 letters long. Students make the words and receive points for each words. Longer words score more points. Game last for 1 minute.
