There are 3 name tags per 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper, using pumpkins and fall leaves. It is also possible to delete the line and type the students name instead. Summer to Fall changes
This worksheet lets students draw a picture and write a few sentences about the difference between summer and fall. I go over the changes that occur to the trees, to animals, and to us when the weather changes (for us I use the different types of clothes we wear). Then students pick which one they want to write about, draw a picture of the before and after, and write a sentence describing the picture.

Number Line Fractions
Use this sheet to model how to partition a number line into fractions. Students split the box (1 whole) into a fraction using vertical lines. The lines are then extended to split the number line below the box. One large box and one number line per page. Laminate and use with dry erase markers.

Thanksgiving: 'So Thankful for Students Like You!' Treat Bag Topper Freebie
I was looking for something cute to do for my students in celebration of Thanksgiving. I bought some Bugles (mini cornucopias) and 'Autumn Mix' candy corn and put them in regular-sized ziploc sandwich baggies. I printed the 'toppers' on white cardstock (2 on a page), cut them out, and taped them to the treat bags. I made the file in Microsoft Publisher so you can edit your name or your school's name.

Fraction/Decimal Conversion Sheet/Cheat Sheet
This is a resource/tool I made for my students to complete in class to use when memorizing fraction and decimal equivalencies. My students also drew their base 10 representations or shaded a fractional representation into the squares in the right column. My purpose was to aid in the memorization of the equivalent fractions and decimals. Students kept this sheet in a plastic page protector, inside the prongs of their math folder!

Finding Fractions with Connecting Cube Towers
Students build a tower of 10 connecting cubes, selecting what every colors they would like in whatever order they would like.
Next students determine the fraction of the tower each color makes up. For example, what fraction of the tower is built with red cubes? The students counts up the number of red cubes, puts that number of parts in the numerator and then puts the total number of cubes in the denominator. Continue the process for each color.
