Students of all ages, and I'm sure some teachers as well, use google as their #1 way to research. We need to teach our students how important it is to use reliable websites. Students use the checklist on page 2 to evaluate Google Nose. Google Nose is a fake website but it allows children to see how easily it is to create a website that seems as though it would be reliable. Use this lesson/activity before a research project or before discussing computer skills.
