This is a ten page (3 pages after copied front to back) journal where students will answer higher level questions according to Bloom's Taxonomy. Students will compare maps and globes, create a symbol, learn vocabulary such as map key, describe problems of reading a map, and create their own map. Directions on how to copy are included. This is a great way to incorporate writing into social studies and will go along great with your map unit!
