Many students with pragmatic and language disabilities have difficulty understanding when their thoughts/ideas are ones that should be said aloud or whether they should be kept in their heads. This Notebook activity teaches the idea of “speech bubble” vs. “thought bubble” and reviews when it is okay or not okay to share something. Specifically, it teaches the students to think about whether this is the right time, the right place, the right audience, or whether it will hurt someone’s feelings. T
