This is a math fact fluency assessment that takes 1 minute or less and is differentiated. It can be used for addition or multiplication. It's called the Bubble Quiz because of the "bubbles" or circles at the top of each column. The teacher begins by writing in +1 or x1 in each student's first bubble on their sheet. This purchase includes two google forms, each containing 108 "cards" with 12 facts for numbers 1-9. One form requires correct answers before submitting. The other does not. You can make a copy, edit, and delete facts as you wish. Data is presented in order from 1x1 to 9x12. Flashcards are given to students in random order. Students can “Make a Copy” of the form and delete facts they don’t need to practice for their own personal flash cards!!!
