I use these as locker tags in my kindergarten classroom. I laminate them and cut them into 2 pieces. Then I put little magnets on the back. Everyday, two student’s job is to put them on everyone’s lockers before we head home. In the morning, the students bring these to their desk and as I’m circling the room during morning work I ask them to tell me the letter and what sound it makes. It is a quick assessment for who has their letters mastered and who is still working. Sometimes we chant our son
