A fun freebie to get ready for Easter. This activity is great for non-readers and readers alike. The repetitive sentence and picture cues help all students learn to “read” the directions. My Egg to Chick Journal-Editable
In my Kindergarten classroom, we hatch chicks. We use this exact journal to log day-to-day development inside the chick egg. We candle the egg daily and glue a picture of the chicks development in each box on each page of the journal.

Here is an Easter themed record sheet for SCOOT.
If you are not familiar with scoot it is a very fun and simple game and can be used to meet any standard. I plan to fill easter eggs with different math problems and place one egg on each desk. When I say GO students will open the egg at their desk and solve the problem on their record sheet. When students finish the will put the problem back in the egg. When I say SCOOT! students must scoot to the next desk and repeat. Game goes until students
