Speech Therapy Articulation Progress Chart for Elementary Students
This chart allows students to visually monitor their articulation progress from week to week. The student can enter the date, sound, and the level (e.g., word, sentence, reading, conversation) they are working on. At the end of the session the Speech-Language Pathologist figures out the percentage correct and marks the progress chart at the correct percentage.
